WHERE DO WE SHIP?
A1 Athleisure is sold exclusively online, but we ship almost everywhere across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. The only countries we cannot ship to at the moment are China, Hong Kong, Macau, Aland Islands, and Isle of Man. We use only major, trusted international carriers (such as USPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.) to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPMENT COST? HOW LONG IT TAKES?
Depending on the location and the shipping method, the cost of shipment is as follows:
Standard (3-5 business days) - 7USD, Express (2-3 business days) - 15 USD
Standard (5-10 business days) - 8USD, Express (2-3 business days) - 20 USD
Standard (2-5 business days) - 8USD, Express (2-3 business days) - 20 USD
Standard (10-20 business days) - 7USD, Express (2-3business days ) - 15 USD
Rest of the World
Standard (up to 30 business days) - 11USD, Express (2-5 business days) 35 USD
+ China, Macau, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Åland Islands - unfortunately, we are not able to ship to these locations at the moment. Please mind we need up to 2 business days for order processing.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We send you an email with the tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that after you receive the tracking information, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show up on the website. If in doubt, please contact hi@A1athleisure.comfor an order update.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
At A1 Athleisure, we're trying to be super-efficient and want you to have your watch as soon as possible. We will try to process and dispatch your order as quickly as we can, which may limit our ability to add items to the initial order or to prevent a package from shipping. Nevertheless, do reach out to us at hi@A1athleisure.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
You may have to if you're outside of US, EU, or Russia. This depends on your local custom regulations. Customers are responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in their countries. You can contact your local customs offices for information before placing the order.
I JUST RECEIVED MY A1 ATHLEISURE, BUT IT ARRIVED FAULTY - WHAT SHALL I DO?
Please contact us at hi@A1athleisure.com within 3 days of receiving your order, describing the issue with the product. You can also send us good, close-up photo(s) of the product, showing the fault or a short 10 second video and our team will resolve the issue for you ASAP.
A replacement will be sent to the shipping address given on your original order. We will replace a damaged item within 7 days of notice. However, the replacements are only issued if the item was damaged in transit. We will not be responsible for replacing items damaged during use.
I HAVE JUST EMAILED YOU, WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK?
We aim to reply to you as soon as we can - this shouldn't take longer than 48 hours.
